Emily Ozier

Emily Ozier, or EMYO as some of you might know her, is one-of-a-kind. Not only are her paintings unique, stylish and trend setting, but she is too. Her personal style can be seen in her artwork- funky, eclectic while still remaining poised and classic. How she pulls it off, we'll never know!

Emily Ozier
Emily is always on the go. With five children (one just a mere weeks old!), she is always up to something. Besides homeschooling all of her children, supervising a major home renovation and being a devoted wife and mother, she still paints. But only during nap time (how does she get them to nap at once?!).

After a brief maternity leave, Emily has dove back in and is debuting pieces that are nothing short of draw dropping. If you came by our Spring Trunk Show, you know exactly what we're talking about! Her color schemes are light and airy, but well anchored; fun and funky, but still classic. Her subjects are ever changing and international. To spend a day inside her head would probably exhaust you!

In case you missed the trunk show, here's a few pieces that we debuted:

EMYO Original Canvas
At Dusk with Sailboats (36"x36)

EMYO Original Canvas
New Hope with Daisies #1 (24"x48")

EMYO Original Canvas
Trees at Lemire #1 (30"x30")

EMYO Original Canvas
Street Scene in Como (60"x48)

EMYO Original Canvas
Younger and Older #2 (48"x48")

EMYO Original Canvas
New Hope with Daisies #1 (24"x48")

Nothing slows Emily Ozier down, that's for sure. She's briefly filled us in on her summer travel plans, as a family, and we're so excited to see the paintings that are inspired by her travels. Stay tuned, because you'll never know what she brings in next!

What's Old is New

Our vintage and antique display pieces always seem to catch they eye of visitors both old and new. We love that y'all are so interested in them, and love that old, vintage pieces with rich history's are finding their way as new decor pieces in all of your homes. What a way to let their story live on! (And no, we're STILL not selling our finds...not ever!!)

Antique Displays

In case you want another peak, or maybe you live too far away to come shop with us on a regular basis, here's a quick photo collection of some of our favorites. We have collected these accessories over 10+ years! It's not always easy to find exactly what you're looking for, but if we could offer one piece of advice is to never give up! You will have to search high and low, close to home and very far away...but when you finally set sights on the perfect piece, you will know. All your efforts will have paid off.

Mason Jar Light Display
Antique mason jars have made the most amazing light fixtures! You'll probably recognize them because you have seen them hanging over our center table. If you're dying to do it yourself, be sure to mix sizes, shapes, styles and colors to add an eclectic feel.

Antique Mattress Display
Remember when Stephanie went to Texas? Well, this is what she brought back. We LOVE the mattress springs! They're ideal for hanging displays and products. We have even been using them at Itty Bitty Bella!

Vintage Typewriter
This old typewriter is a customer favorite! We have had this beauty for years, and it is still one of our most favorite finds too.

Antique Bird Cage
Bird cages are so popular these days, especially as outdoor decor. We have had ours for a while, and use it constantly! It works great for hanging necklaces and earrings.

What are you on the hunt for? We would love to hear about your most sought-after pieces!
